Superstar Megan Thee Stallion is on top of the world right now. She’s just broken multiple records for her chart topping “WAP” single with Cardi B, and even gave away $1 Million to support women empowerment, not to mention she has collars with Nicki Minaj, Beyonce, Cardi all before her debut album is even slated to drop. But, Megan is fed up.

Putting all speculation and rumors at bay, last night, the Houston-bred rapper took to her Instagram live to emotionally reveal the truth behind the much talked about shooting incident that occurred in Hollywood with singer Tory Lanez. Although Meg has already openly spoken on being shot twice in her feet, as she shared photos of medical workers tending to her wounds earlier this week, Megan held back from naming Tory Lanez as her assailant. That is, until she finally decided to get this situation off of her chest and placed Lanez at the center of this month’s long ordeal.

While Megan confesses that she was trying to look our for Tory and his reputation, as well as her own safety considering the climate of police brutality and her loyalty, Meg addressed the situation head on, including the constant mocking and attacking she has received online from many people who have called her a liar. “Yes, this n***a Tory shot me. You shot me and you got your publicist and your people going to these blogs lying and sh*t. Stop lying,” says Meg on her live. As Megan continues to detail exactly what happened leading up to her being assaulted by Lanez, she continues, “We was five minutes away from my spot, I was just trying to get home. The police come, I’m scared. All this sh*t going on with the police, the police is shooting motherf*ckers for anything.”

Of course with the new revelation, many on social media came to Megan’s defense and there were also those who then began accusing the rapper of being a “snitch”.
