We all know that J. Cole is a very private person, especially when it comes to his family life. However, it seems as though the rapper is letting us in on a new surprise; he and his wife, Melissa may be expecting baby number two!
On the song, “Sacrifices,” off Dreamville’s compilation album, ‘Revenge of the Dreamers III,’ J. Cole sings in a verse, “She gave me the gift of my son and plus we got one on the way//She gave me a family to love, for that, I can never repay.” He and his wife apparently met in college and have now been together for more than a decade.

On Cole’s 2016 album, ‘4 Your Eyez Only’ and an interview that followed with Angie Martinez, he surprised fans after revealing that he had a son, when rumors had speculated that he had a daughter.
Guess only time can tell if he will let anyone know when his new baby is here!
On the track is also Earthgang, Smino & Saba, all talking about their own sacrifices that they have had to make, for “maybe that’s what life is.”
