Justin Credible, DJ Sourmilk, and the Power 106 team invaded North Carolina to capture J. Cole’s very first Leakers Freestyle that has taken over globally since its Wednesday, May 12, 2021 drop. Trending as YouTube’s TOP video for two consecutive days, the blazing moment not only highlighted hip-hop on the video-sharing website, but the freestyle garnered major headlines from every major hip-hop outlet, social media hub, hip-hop vets and the genre’s current biggest stars, fans, peers, and was just about the topic that no one could stop talking about.

Since its mid-week release, the L.A. Leakers freestyle has garnered over 4 Million YouTube views, with social media stepping in to amass millions of impressions as fans and publications brought attention and reaction to the epic moment. 

Trending all over social media platforms L.A. Leakers became a Trending Topic and highlighted moment not only in Los Angeles but on a national scale, appearing with similar trending rap conversations such as “Jermaine”, “Still Tippin”, “93 ‘Til Infinity”, and “Mike Jones.”

Fans also shared their signature reaction videos to YouTube and social media meme reactions as well.
