Generation Now repping artist Seddy Hendrinx stopped through to virtually Checc In with DJ Carisma to speak on his current A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie-assisted single “45” and details his plans for when outside officially opens back up for the summer.

Hendrix has definitely stayed focused on his craft during the novel coronavirus pandemic, and while certain moments were put on pause over the course of the year, things are definitely picking back up for the multi-talented artist. Seddy tells Carisma that he’s looking forward to be able to be a part of music festivals like Rolling Loud, SXSW, and even tour to help promote his music, as the pandemic begins to slow down. While the “45′ rapper has already seen a great response from his fans, he goes on to say that he’s already gearing up to release new music.

Seddy goes on to reflect on the sad news of rap legend DMX being on life support, as he explains he had a 2019 song sampling X’s “Slippin'” and also shares his favorite X moment from the ‘Belly’ film.

Seddy also chops it up with DJ Carisma about his journey as a songwriter, going from being inspired by to working with DJ Drama, reveals his dream collabs with Lauryn Hill, Andre 3000, Bruno Mars, and much more.
