According to reports from Page Six, Tory Lanez was the person who allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion after a dispute inside his vehicle this past Sunday morning.

As new developments continue to surface with the story of Lanez being arrested and Meg being injured with a shot to her foot early Sunday morning, it is not being speculated that singer and friend to Megan, Lanez, whose real name is Daystar Peterson, was the one who shot the Houston rapper.

Yesterday, Meg took to social media to address the situation as rumors swirled that she was arrested along with Lanez and while police footage showed the two being pulled over and apprehended by Los Angeles Police department, Meg explained that she suffered a wound and had to undergo surgery to remove the bullets.

Per Page Six, a source told the outlet, “Tory fired the shots from within the vehicle while Megan was outside trying to leave. There is video and the police are investigating. This is a case of a man physically harming and abusing a woman.”

Although it has not been confirmed by the LAPD, any video footage would not be released until the case goes to court to protect the integrity of the case.

There were several posts made over social media from some of the parties involved in the incident, one being from Meg’s best friend Kelsey who vehemently denied that she was the one who shot Megan but confirmed she was in the car when it happened.

As details on the situation are still scarce and developing, we are continuing to hope for a speedy recovery for The Stallon and praying for the better.
