Hart posted an emotional video today, giving fans a look at his physical and emotional recovery after a near fatal car accident last month.

“Basically what you realize is that you’re not in control. No matter how much you think you’re in control, you’re not in control. At the end of the day, it can all be over, man,” the actor says in the voice over; as the words “September 1, 2019, I was involved in an accident, my world was changed forever” flash across the screen.

Hard to believe it’s been shy of just two months since the news of Hart’s accident, when his vintage Plymouth Barracuda skidded off the road and rolled down a hill into an embankment off of Mulholland Dr. Hart had to undergo emergency back surgery and spend 10 days in the hospital.

The personal footage show’s Kevin’s extensive rehabilitation, as well as him spending time with his family. Hart’s attorney Andrew Brettler says he will not be fully back to work until early 2020.
