Footage of Tekashi 6ix9ine’s, real name Daniel Hernandez, alleged kidnapping surfaced online just hours after a dramatic day in court in which the rapper testified about the incident.

“I’m pleading with Harv,” Hernandez told the court. “I’m telling him, ‘Don’t shoot. I gave you everything. I put money in your pocket.’ I told him that I was tired of being extorted.”

In the footage taken from inside the car, we can see the rapper being forced out of the car by who the video identifies as Anthony ‘Harv’ Ellison.

The driver, Jorge Rivera is later seen calling the authorities to report that his brother had just been kidnapped. Rivera then makes an effort to follow the vehicle that took Hernandez.

Hernandez told the court that he was eventually able to escape and make it to a nearby police precinct and receive medical care.

Earlier in court, an attorney for Ellison compared the incident to the one involving actor Jussie Smollett that dominated headlines earlier this year.

Ellison’s attorney, Deveraux Canncick said, “This whole thing about a kidnapping is a hoax. It’s a Jussie Smollett if you will.”
