A$AP Rocky is in jail in Sweden and it is not looking good as of now for the rapper. Flacko is being held in solitary confinement and has no access to the outside world besides using phones the prison provides and can send and receive hand written letters. Many artists in the hip hop world have been commenting on the matter with #FreeFlacko trending. Sheck Wes is one of the names sharing his support behind the situation, and even explains the aggressive encounter they went through with the Swedish locals.

Other rappers like Tyler, the Creator, Schoolboy Q, and Lil Yachty commented on Rocky’s situation by tweeting their boycott to never performing in Sweden again. Tyler even stated he’d be willing to lose money in canceling his performances in Sweden. Travis Scott shouted “Free Rocky” during his performance in London at the Wireless Festival.

ASAP Ferg shared with fans a few days ago that the the Harlem rapper is being held for 2 weeks and if convicted he will be sentenced to 6 years. Many rappers believe this is a bit extreme which is what created the #FreeFlacko campaign.
