These claims as well as the desk officer are now being investigated.

The getaway driver for Nipsey Hussle’s accused killer, Eric Holder said when she initially tried to go to the police she was dismissed. The woman who drove the car after Eric Holder fatally shot Nipsey Hussle infront of his Marathon Clothing store on March 31st says she went to the Los Angeles Police Department the very next day.

The woman, who allowed to remain anonymous in reports, due to credible threats on her life; said she saw her car and license plate all over the news so she came forward. The same day of the murder, her mother called the LAPD and made an appointment to come in the next morning. On April 1st, the two women reported to the 77th Street station and told the officer at the front desk that her car may be tied to a murder. The officer then proceeded to turn her away.

The woman’s recent court testimony reads, “One of the police officers is like, ‘Well, don’t worry about it,’ you know, ‘Don’t listen to the news,’” the woman said in her grand jury testimony in May. “My mom said, ‘Well, she needs to talk to somebody.’ But he said, ‘Don’t worry about it.’ So we just left.”

Upon leaving the station, she went to work. Later on, she made a second attempt to contact the police to tell them her side of the story after receiving a call from her mother who said she saw her car on the news again. this eventually led to a five hour sit-down interview with the authorities. The Associated Press confirmed in a a report yesterday, that because of her testimony an investigation has been launched on the original desk officer who turned the woman away.
