Forbes has released its list of the highest-paid names in the industry.
Of course Jay-Z took the number 1 spot, followed by Dr. Dre with his $800 million net worth. Diddy came in as the third richest hip-hop figure in the business behind Dr. Dre by about $60 million.

This year’s report shows that Kanye West has surpassed Drake to secure the number 4 spot with his net worth of $240 million. This can be attributed to his partnership with Adidas.
Coming in at 5th is the youngest of the five, Drake with a net worth of $150 million. Thanks to his Virginia Black whiskey investment and his Las Vegas residency, his fortune has grown by 50 percent in the last year alone.
