We’re hear for all the island vibes! Today, Tyga reveals hopping on Shenseea‘s “Blessed,” unleashing the perfect blend of dancehall and hip-hop. The record is produced by Jamaican producer Rvssian, who has worked with the likes of Juice WRLD and Kevin Gates.
Just last weekend, the female Jamaican dancehall artist went viral after posting photos of herself and another female lying in bed. Apparently, these are stills from the video shoot. “Blessed” is the first time Shenseea and Tyga are collaborating, and the energy comes in perfect timing with summer approaching. Directed by Arrad, the 3-minute visual was shot in Montego Bay with T-Raww flying down to the Second City for a quick work trip.

Three days ago, Shenseea posted a selfie video to her 1.5M followers on Instagram with Tyga in the background, on set all the way overseas in Jamaica. The caption reads: “Tyga and I got a HIT for ya’ll,” with fire emojis. She sings, “First thing in the morning when I wake up / Thank god for life / Look in the mirror, say bitch am the best best best.” Watch above and stay feeling “Blessed” all week long!
