Finally some good news for 21 Savage.

It looks like 21 Savage is getting off with just a slap on the wrist in his 2016 felony case. A judge ordered the case closed against the wishes of the plantiff, a Georgia concert promoter. After 21 Savage’s release from ICE custody a few weeks ago, it was then reported that the rapper was also facing a felony arrest for an incident that happened concerning a disagreement with the DJ and opening act for a concert he was booked to perform in 2016.

Basically, what had happened was; it was a case of the he said she said. The concert promoter is claiming that the Atlanta rapper got upset when she said he couldn’t carry a loaded firearm in the venue. Eventually she gave in but says 21 dipped out even though he had scheduled performance. Check out the video below from when TMZ originally broke the story.

The District Attorney officers overseeing the case, deemed the case below their standards, and says the woman needs to take her complaint to a civil court if she wants to proceed. The woman suing, Karen Smith, was seeking $17,000 in damages. According to TMZ, there are now outstanding warrants against the rapper. He will still have to deal with his immigration states. He will have to apply to stay in the country, a process that takes years, and under Trump’s immigration policy an applicant must leave the country until the application is approved.
