BlocBoy JB is suing Epic Games, the creators of Fortnite, for using his “Shoot” dance that they call the “Hype” in the game. Here’s what it looks like:

BlockBoy is just one among a few people suing Fortnite over stolen dance moves, including 2 Milly, Alfonso Riberiro (played Carlton Banks) and “The Backpack Kid”.

In a past tweet he said,  “EveryTime Somebody Does My Dance Dey Give Credit To @FortniteGame But Dey Ain’t Create Nothing But Da Game So Basically Dey Takin Money And Credit For My Shit Dats Crazy.”

Although BlocBoy JB says he didn’t have the copyright to the dance, he claims he was in the process of getting it.

In a press release BlocBoy JB said, “I started the dance and made it popular through my music. Epic didn’t ask me if they could put it in Fortnite.”

Epic games has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
