Chris Brown has been locked-up abroad!
According to a Parisian criminal defense lawyer, the singer was arrested in Paris and has two days to either be released or appear in court. A judge will either keep him in custody or let him go free with “obligations,” in which he may be required to surrender his passport to French authorities, and may have to stay in Paris until his trial date.
French authorities say Brown was detained and in custody for an alleged rape and drug offense.
The woman claimed she met brown overnight between January 15th-16th at Club Le Crystal AND headed back to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel where she was allegedly raped.
Authorities have two days to file charges or let Brown go.
The singer was even spotted at Le Cirque Club in Paris three days after allegedly raping the woman, and was reportedly seen with his new boo, Ammika Harris.
Damn Chris! Can we stay out of trouble?!
