“Shot Clock” is the third track of Ella Mai’s self titled debut album she released back in October of 2018 and she is here with an all new visual for the song. The Mustard produced track talks about her love interest and how he essentially needs to commit or time is up. The lyrics “You got 24 seconds, can you beat the shot clock?” is a reference to basketball so it is only right that part of the video takes place on the court and kickin it on the bleachers. In another scene, a clock appears with 24 seconds counting down as she is in a bubble bath reading a book her boo seems to be deep in conversation as she is sitting unbothered in a bubble bath.
