The facts are the facts and the numbers don’t lie—streaming numbers that is! Pretty much no one can argue that Drake has been breaking record after record, it’s almost not even a surprise really! The 6 God has basically bodied 2018 as far as numbers go and this week he surpassed a HUGE milestone. Billboard reported that Drizzy now has 12 Top 10 songs, on the Billboard Hot 100 this year.

After his new song “MIA” with Bad Bunny debuted at No. 5 on the Hot 100 list he has now officially passed the Beatles’ record for the most Top 10 songs in a single calendar year. He can of course continue to break his own record if he continues to release new music in the last two months of the year. Which could be a possibility! Check out the tweets confirming the news from Chart Data:

Throughout his career, Drake has had 32 Top 10 songs in total and is well on his way to becoming the artist with the most of all-time. He is currently in third place with the Beatles ahead of him at No. 2 with 34; and Madonna in the No. 1 spot with 38 Top 10 songs in her career. If you haven’t seen the video for his latest record breaking song “MIA” with Bad Bunny—take a look!
