During the fourth show of “Aubrey and the Three Amigos Tour” at Madison Square Garden, in New York, Drake took time to shoutout Sofia Sanchez, an 11-year-old who recently under went a heart transplant surgery.

He stopped his show to update fans who have been following the young girl’s story. Drake announced, “God the other day blessed her with a new heart. So, Sofia, if they get this clip out to you, I love you and I’m happy for you.” Soon after Drake’s hit track “God’s Plan” began to play. Sofia is currently well and recovering after undergoing the 9 hour procedure.

Sofia’s “In My Feelings” video went viral catching the attention of the Toronto rapper. Her 11th birthday wish was to meet Drake. He ended up postponing his tour and surprising the young patient at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago.

That same night Drake also brought out special guest Travis Scott to perform “Sicko Mode” and “Goosebumps, as well as Shiggy for his “In My Feelings” dance challenge.
