It’s a good day for Meek Mill fans. After almost five months of being behind bars, the Philly rapper announces his release via Instagram.
Back in November, Meek was sentenced to a prison sentence for violating probation on a 2008 gun and drug charge. He was arrested after being involved in a fight, as well as popping wheelies on a dirty bike. Now, he celebrates freedom, as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court directed the judge to release him on “unsecured bail.” In the caption, he delivers a heartfelt message thanking his loved ones for their support.
