Los Angeles native King Lil G came through the studio to talk about being an independent artist and what it’s like having his wife manage his career.

With his wife now seven months pregnant, Lil G reveals that working with his wife makes it easier as an artist, even with their first daughter on the way.

Lil G also speaks on Latino representation in hip-hop saying:

I feel like we have had people who have paved the way…but all we need is a structure and we need people in the forefront to create those big opportunities for us…
