On Saturday March 24th, 2018 some 847 protests took place worldwide as part of the March For Our Lives initiative sweeping the globe in order to help keep America safe and stop gun violence. 

Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga and Jimmy Fallon all shared that they would be sponsoring buses to the main event in Washington D.C. to show their support. 

All three celebrities shared on the news and their support for the protest with a tweet on Twitter. The posts were part of an initiative put together by MTV and the NAACP in order to encourage everyone but especially the youth participating in the march.
