In honor of International Women’s Day, McDonald’s has decided to flip their iconic arch, from an “M” to a “W.” McDonald’s Chief Diversity Officer Wendy Lewis states, “For the first time in our brand history, we flipped our iconic arches.” In addition, the giant arches have been flipped physically at only one restaurant in California. The rest of the upside-down arches can be seen across all of Micky D’s digital channels.
