The Fyre festival was touted as the luxury festival experience of the year. What ended up happening was the absolute opposite.

Festival attendees were welcomed by a barren festival ground with tents to sleep in. Now, the Fyre Festival organizer, Billy McFarland, is facing up to 40 years in prison.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges back in October but now he has pleaded guilty to two charges of wire fraud.
