Mariah Carey, queen of luxury, is living in a fancy 12,000 square foot mansion in the lovely city of Beverly Hills. According to TMZ, the mansion’s lease comes at the hefty price of $35,000 a month. 

The house consists of nine bedrooms, two story foyer, a guest house and a spa. 

The mansion used to be occupied by her American Idol nemisis, Nicki Minaj.
