Eminem might have taken an ‘L’ for the recent sell of his Detroit mansion.
According to the Daily Mail, Marshall Mathers’s Rochester, Michigan pad is now officially off the housing market, but it didn’t quite sell for the price he originally purchased it for.
The five bedroom mansion was purchased back in 2003 for $4.75 million and now the rap god has let the house go for just $1.9 million. The significantly less price tag is due to a drop in the housing market in Detroit, but it still doesn’t take away from the 17,000 square feet mansion, which features a lighted tennis court and basketball court, a swimming pool, and an entertainment cabana.
Em is still winning either way, since dropping his new single ‘Walk On Water‘ with Beyoncé and a recent performance on the MTV EMAs.
