It may just be the beginning of football season, but it looks like the NFL is already trying to plan the Superbowl half-time show. There have been talks online about Jay-Z being a rumored performer for the half-time show along with Justin Timberlake. But, it seems that Jay-Z has declined the offer…No statement has been made by Jay-Z or his team, but last week during his NYC performance… Jay-Z dedicated his song “The Story of O.J.” to Colin Kaepernick.
