The MTV VMAs went off last weeknd and it seemed like everyone was there…Everyone, but The Weeknd that is… 

MTV had announced that The Weeknd would be performing at the show…The singer was also nominated for 4 awards, but for some reason he wasn’t there. TMZ reported that The Weeknd had described the situation to them like this:

“The Weeknd’s been on the road for a prolonged period of time and just didn’t feel up to his VMAs gig. In his mind, he booked the gig a while ago, before concert fatigue set in, and he just felt differently in the days before the show.” 

Hopefully, The Weeknd will get the rest he needs before his begins touring again…
