The 2017 OVO Fest took over Toronto this past weekend with Drake and friends making us wish we were all turnt in Canada.
During the concert Monday night, Drake surprised the crowd with special guests that included Tory Lanez, French Montana, and Cardi B. The 6 God also kept the surprises coming when he made an announcement during the show.
In a short Instagram clip that is making its way around the internet, Drake explains that he’s back to creating new music. Before dropping his mic and walking off stage, the rapper says:
I’m back to making this new album. In Toronto. Just for you.
With ‘More Life’ still making its rounds on our playlists, it wouldn’t hurt if we expected new music from the rapper soon, because the King of Toronto definitely delivers every time.
