This morning Van Lathan from TMZ called in to tell us about the incident with Justin Bieber. The singer accidentally ran over a photographer after leaving a church service. Because Bieber was trying to leave a place that was swarming with photographers, the incident was captured on film. 

After the incident Justin Bieber stayed to make sure the photgrapher was ok. You can watch how the incident went down HERE.
