It seems Drake & Meek Mill have squashed their beef, and Rick Ross is taking credit. In a recent interview with Hovain Hylton on “Best Seat In The House” Ross talked about him and Drake meeting up to smooth over the longstanding Drake and Meek feud.
Rick Ross and Drake met up with one common goal: make that money. About the meeting with Drake, Ross said, “We wasn’t even discussing anything negative because by the time we get in the room, it’s so much other things going on that it’s already ‘Let’s get on some money.’ But I had to just make sure we sat down and had some sort of understanding.”
Now that the feud is over, can we expect Drake and Meek to be friends? Probably not. If you remember earlier this year in an interview with DJ Semtex Drake commented on the feud with Meek and crushed any hopes of a possible friendship again. “That’s just not somebody who I ever want to be friends with. I don’t have that level of respect for him because of his actions. I’m not looking to be friends or cordial.”
In true fashion, of course Drake is staying loyal to his girl Nicki. Even if Drake and Meek may never be friends again, there’s still hope for a possible collaboration since both are trying to make that money.
