From “No Flex Zone” to “Black Beatles,” Rae Sremmurd has made it to a significant place on the Billboard charts. With all of the success of their epic “Black Beatles” song becoming the soundtrack to our mannequin challenges, the haunting melody makes one wonder how the beat came to be.
In order to figure out how the beat came to be, one has to look to the beatmaker, and in this case that would be Mike Will Made-It. “Rhythm and melody, I always keep keep this in mind when I’m making beats, rhythm and melody are the universal language. If the beat is bouncing, and it has an ill ass rhythm to it, or if it has a good melody—then anybody in the world can bounce,” says Mike.
