Cali Christmas Artist 2 Chainz Just Bought A New Home In Los Angeles

Cali Christmas Artist, 2 Chainz, recently bought a $2.45 million Mediterranean-style mansion in the Hollywood Hills. The home has a 1,400-square-foot recording studio, that has been affectionately nicknamed Mothership Studio by rocker Steve Vai. Vai used to own the used to own the home also.

2 Chainz’s new home is located near Beachwood Canyon and has many different types of features, including the studio in the home that was used by Vai. Since Vai bought the house he won three Grammy Awards and has been nominated for 15 others. The Mothership Studio has been rented out to dozens of artists like Ozzy Osbourne, Eddie Van Halen, Slash, and the rock band Sugar Ray according to Realtor.com.

2 Chainz jumped on his chance to pick up the crib, the home was only on the market for 2 days. Earlier this year, 2 Chainz dropped “ColleGrove,” but it looks like he may be preparing to record his next project sooner than later.
