Metro Boomin Announced “Young Metro Don’t Trust Trump” Event

“If Young Metro Don’t Trust You I’m Gon’ Shoot You!”  Metro Boomin is piggy backing off of this well known lyric to host a new Donald Trump inspired event.  The St. Louis producer just announced his Young Metro Don’t Trust Trump concert  that will be going down on in New York City’s Playstation Theatre.

The show is planned to take place on November 4th which is just four days before the 2016 presidential election.  Metro explained the concert’s date choice to Complex by saying, “With it so close to the election, I thought, let’s have this concert and celebrate this and all agree that we can’t have this guy as our President”.

All of the proceeds from the political concert are being given to charity.  The money will be given as a scholarship to one lucky graduating high school senior from St. Louis.  The student will have their tuition at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia paid for.  This is the same path that Metro took after his high school education.  I wonder what Young Metro has in store for us with this concert.

In the meantime listen to Kanye West’s hit, “Father Stretch My Hands Pt. 1”, to hear the popular phrase that inspired this concert in action.

For more hip-hop updates stay tuned in to DJ Felli Fel every afternoon from 3p-7p.
