It’s been over a year since The Weeknd dropped his last album, Beauty Behind The Madness, and we are all waiting anxiously for his next project!  We know that he has been working on the album at least since May when we found out that he had been working with some of his favorite producers.  Now, The Weeknd has graced the cover of VMAN magazine and spilled some details about his upcoming album.

He told VMAN magazine that this is going to be the “best-sounding” album that he has ever done!  The Weeknd also revealed who his inspirations were for creating this upcoming album, “The production feels aggressive but still sexy. The Smiths, Bad Brains, Talking Heads, Prince, and DeBarge play roles”.  Hopefully he will bless us with this dope new album soon!
