Will “Suicide Squad: The Album” Drop Khaled And Drake Off #1?

Will “Suicide Squad: The Album” Drop Khaled And Drake Off #1?

The newest comic book inspired movie, “Suicide Squad”, has taken over the box office since its debut last Friday and the soundtrack is expected to have the same amount of success.  The soundtrack, “Suicide Squad:  The Album”, is projected to debut at the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart.  This comes as no surprise since the hip-hop roster on this album includes artists such as Eminem, Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross, Kevin Gates, and more.

If the new project does take over the number #1 position it will be knocking down DJ Khaled’s Major Key and Drake’s VIEWS album.  Khaled’s album debuted at #1 and Drake’s album reigned at the top spot for 12 weeks straight.  “Suicide Squad:  The Album” dropped on the same day as the motion picture, August 5th, and we will find out if the project shifts the charts on August 14th.

In the meantime, check out the tracklist and stream the album below.
