Where are all of my Dodger fans at?! Some major news was just released regarding Vin Scully. in approximately 30 days, Dodger Stadium’s new address will become 1000 Vin Scully Avenue. According to the LA Times, “The council voted 12 to 0 to pass the motion. The Dodgers are on their annual community caravan this week and there were several rows of players, former players and staff in attendance.”

Scully shocked by the huge announcement commented, “I’m overwhelmed.” Scully has been broadcasting for the Dodgers for over 60 seasons and next year will unfortunately be his last. However, what a perfect time to dedicate something like this to the legendary broadcaster. His name will remain to live on through and throughout Dodger history as the official address of Dodger stadium and that is an amazing tribute! Comment below letting me know of your thoughts!
