Northridge, CA homegrown actor and singer El-Jay stopped through to Checc in with DJ Carisma about his sophomore effort ‘Playgroundz’ which showcases the experiences that have molded him into the person he is today.

Having grown up in the almost-suburbs of Los Angeles, the “Dripping’” singer shares that he has close ties to the sports world as she grew up playing basketball with Kevin Love and James Harden. Diving into his music once again, his latest project ‘Playgroundz’ delivers  a solid take on his artistry as he only features one guest appearance from songwriter Natalie Cruz. El-Jay goes on to speak about his upcoming acting projects as well as giving out some important fitness advice.
