Have you ever wondered how much of your daily time is spent scrolling through Instagram? So have the makers of Instagram.
The brand wrote, “We have a responsibility to help people understand how much time they spend on our platforms so they can better manage their experience… We want the time people spend on Instagram and Facebook to be intentional, positive, and inspiring.” With the app’s newly installed feature, you can see exactly how much time you’re spending on Instagram, whether it be scrolling or liking. You can find this feature after updating your Instagram app and clicking on “Your Activity” in your settings.
Users can also decide the maximum amount of time they want to spend on Instagram each day with a daily reminder.
