KATSEYE Members Celebrate Sophia Laforteza’s Upcoming Return After Mental Health Break

KATSEYE is looking forward to welcoming Sophia Laforteza back after her temporary break from group activities to focus on her mental health and well-being.

During the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on October 18, members Lara Raj, Daniela Avanzini, Megan Skiendiel, and Yoonchae Jeung expressed their support for Sophia. Speaking on the red carpet, Lara said the group was proud of her decision to prioritize her health and excited to reunite.

Sophia stepped away from promotional activities in August 2026. Earlier this month, HYBE x Geffen confirmed that she is scheduled to resume group activities in January 2027.

Meanwhile, KATSEYE continues its Wildworld tour, which began in Dublin on September 1 and includes several North American stops through November.

Another member, Manon Bannerman, has been on hiatus since February, with no official return date announced.

The group also recently released its documentary, KATSEYE: Wild Hearts, on Disney+ and Hulu on October 16. The film follows the members as they navigate their growing careers in pop music.
