The one and only Saucy Santana made his way to the Power 106 studios to discuss how much life has changed since his rap career completely altered his plans, and now he’s not looking back.
Pulling up on Midday host Bryhana, Santana talks about his recent appearance at Rolling Loud Miami which was a stand-out experience for the rapper who is continuing to be a pioneer for the LGBTQ+ community in the hip-hop space. While Santana once had aspirations as a professional makeup artist, it was his strong personality and close friendship with City Girls that allowed him to gain popularity through social media, which led to his growing success in music.
Santana has already made some major noise with his “Booty” collab with good friend and Atlanta rapper Latto and even his “Material Girl” remix that features the legendary Madonna. Looking forward to touring with Lizzo, Santana speaks on the blessings going on behind the scenes and admits that he doesn’t always get the chance to enjoy the moments he has because he’s always focused on working.
Saucy Santana goes on to speak about the recent backlash he received during a Pride event, hopes to challenge himself by stepping into acting, and much more.
