Repping for the A, Asianae popped in to Checc in with DJ Carisma to speak on her complete come up during the time of a global pandemic.

As many of us were affected by the novel 2020 coronavirus pandemic, Asianae had big success as she curated content that helped grow her fanbase and developed new music while doing so. Having already connected with Erica Banks, who found success with the help of her viral “Buss It” hit, the rapper now has a new mixtape on the way which features her single “Period Pooh”. The tape is pretty lengthy as it came together during the pandemic.

Asianae goes on to speak on her forthcoming project, names Nicki Minaj, Drake, and Lil Baby in her top 3, and shares her favorite hip-hop movie that’s influenced her the most.
