The African American-led CRCD Enterprises is a social company aimed at changing lives. As we continue to be in the midst of conversations of defending police, putting in work of restructuring long-standing race and economic systems, and bringing more support and resources to challenged communities, CRCD puts South LA as a priority for change.

Focused on community economic development, CRCD’s President and Founder Mark Wilson, along with the company’s Chief Program officer Jarrell Thomas speak with Nick Cannon Mornings on the work that is being put into the South LA community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wilson shares that the group focuses on providing affordable housing opportunities for the homeless, jobs, educational support for the youth, and much more.

“The challenges of the community didn’t stop because of ‘Safer At Home,” says CRCD’s Thomas as the organization still works to provide essential assistance during a time where the African American community has been even more greatly impacted by the Corona-virus pandemic.
