Felli’s Navidad: Elevating Lives of Foster Youth

It’s not Feliz Navidad, it’s Felli’s Navidad. DJ Felli Fel’s new initiative arrives in perfect timing for the holidays — a fundraiser to help the United Friends of the Children (UFC). The UFC’s mission statement goes as follows: “United Friends of the Children empowers current and former foster youth on their journey to self-sufficiency through service-enriched education and housing programs, advocacy, and consistent relationships with a community of people who care.” Felli’s Navidad follows this statement in the best way possible. DJ Felli Fel is looking to raise $5,000 in order to help foster youth prosper and better their lives.

Felli was recently asked why he wanted to get this fundraiser started and he answered, “When I found out what happens to older kids in foster care, I immediately wanted to help. I couldn’t believe the struggles they faced to get started in life. I had to do something, no matter how small.” All the money raised through Felli’s Navidad will help each UFC youth member, transform into amazing individuals.
