Tekashi 69 Update: Charges Have NOT Been Dropped But He Could Still Be Released Tomorrow

The rumor mill is churning with different stories about Tekashi 69 but we have the correct tea for y’all!

Like we mentioned before, 6ix9ine is scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow and he and his team are of course hoping for the best outcome but could also be preparing for the worst. The best would be, that he’s credited time served and is a free man TOMORROW! Yes that actually is a possibility. The other outcome would be that he has to stay locked up a little longer, (or a lot) the maximum he’s facing is 37 years.

SO to clarify, his charges have not been dropped, because they literally can’t be since he’s already plead guilty. The judge has been recommended that since he already has time served, and cooperated with the feds, he should be released at sentencing. BUT, the judge is the one who gets the final say! Make sure to check for updates tomorrow you know
