Fans were told that Kanye’s forthcoming gospel album Jesus Is King would drop this Friday…but that MIGHT not be the case.

Kim Kardashian was the first to post the rumored tracklist for Jesus Is King, which was later confirmed on Kanye’s website. Now there are several reports swirling, that suggest production could be delayed. Joe Coscarelli, a reporter for the NY Times, took to Twitter to spill some tea about what’s happening. His Tweet reads, “it’s Kanye so who knows but I’m hearing from many industry people that “Jesus Is King” is not coming on Friday, despite people on the ground in Wyoming trying to make it happen.”

Despite the rumors, Kim may be among those people who are hoping for it to happen. Mrs. West retweeted a tweet from one user (@colinags) that said, “Two more days Jesus is King.” Of course that doesn’t necessarily confirm anything, BUT Kanye does follow the account so maybe they know something that everyone else doesn’t. Or not! Guess we’ll all just have to wait until Friday and see…
