Nipsey Hussle is known for his music, his activism and maybe most importantly of all, his business sense. Though it’s something he had been doing for many years the public was finally catching on to just how financially savvy he really way. Some called this moves, “ahead of his time.” Nipsey purchased the plaza that housed his Marathon Clothing store and had plans to rebuild it into six-story mixed-use residential and commercial complex. The “Racks In The Middle” rapper wanted to educate lower income people about financial literacy, something many from his Crenshaw neighborhood didn’t have the luxury of being taught.
The author, Ash Exantus (@iamashcash) is a finance expert, speaker and author. His Instagram bio reads, “The Financial Motivator,” One of America’s Leading Financial Educators and #1 Bestselling Author.” It should be noted that this book is not in anyway affiliated with Hussle or his estate.
