Drake has reportedly signed a residency deal with a Las Vegas’ XS Nightclub for $10 million.
According to Review Journal, his last performance earned Drake $2 million. He now signed a multi-year agreement for a commitment to a minimum of 10 shows.
Last Thursday the rapper hinted at a residency during his performance at XS’ for the Consumers Electronics Show. He told the crowd, “Vegas! When I came back, I thought it’d be back at T-Mobile Arena or some (stuff). But I’ll be back here at XS all year. You’ll have a lotta chances to see me.”
Along with the shout out during his performance, he captioned a photo of him performing at XS, “New home.”
Fans will have plenty of opportunities to see the “Champagne Papi” himself!
Looks like it’s time for a trip to Vegas, baby!
