Ice Cube and Warren G Honored at Krush Groove

Krush Groove 2018 was another successful event filled with amazing hip hop music and it’s loyal fans. But no one can disagree that two of the acts really stole the show. 

Warren G took the stage by storm with performances of his catalog of hits and when it came to the end of set, Romeo surprised Warren G with a plaque for his impact on KDAY, Power 106 and Hip Hop with the Hip Hop Honorz Krush Groove 2018 plaque. 

Warren wasn’t the only artist to receive major love, Ice Cube received his own honor as well  with the Hip Hop Honorz Krush Groove 2018 plaque for his influence on Hip Hop. The plaque was presented to him by Romeo (of KDAY’s Morning Show), Cece Valencia and J Cruz from The Cruz Show. 

“It feels good to get love, I’ll put this in my studio to show that hard work pays off,” said Ice Cube after receiving his plaque.
