DMX Headed Back To Jail After Failing Mandatory Drug Test

Here we go…again! DMX stays in some trouble. This time he’s back in the spotlight for violating probation on  the terms of his recent 1.7 million tax evasion case that he recently pled guilty to.

His judge in the case ordered that he was at risk to fly when a drug test confirmed that he tested positive for oxy, opiates and cocaine, all the while he is supposedly to be completing rehab.

It’s unfortunate that DMX can’t seem to get back on his feet cause he’s one of the greats, but has had a very hard time with substance addiction for a while now. We hope that DMX can get together before it’s too late.
