Travis Scott signs deal with Universal Music Publishing Group

Travis Scott will never stop surprising his fans. After his major success with the song “Antidote”, the artist has now officially signed to Grand Hustle Publishing/Universal Music Publishing Group. His new album, “Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight”, which has topped Billboard 200 chart this week, will be represented by the company.

Chairman and CEO of UMPG, Jody Gerson, said that he has been chasing Travis Scott for years, calling the young rapper a “rock-star” and a “brilliant writer and producer”.

And, as if this is not enough, Travis announces another project coming up. The artist is the executive producer on a new project featuring Kanye West, “Cruel Winter”, which is the second compilation album and will be released by Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music.
