Today Instagram dropped their latest update on us and this update has people scratching their heads as to why IG became Snapchat all of a sudden?

Instagram took on Vine a while back and allowed you to loop videos and NOW it’s Snapchat’s turn to take the hit.
IG now allows you to make stories like Snapchat and has two feeds now, your story feed and your IG feed. Now it is going to be hard to choose between the two. Let’s check out the differences between the IG & Snapchat:

Snapchat:

-Everything on your Snapchat disappears after one day

– You can see who views your story.

-You can choose how long someone can view your photos.

-You have a Snapchat crew here.

– Just added “Memories” and allows you to upload pics straight from your camera.

– Has the “doggy filter” and more Selfie Lenses.

Instagram:

– Everything on your IG story disappears after one day..

– You can see who views your story

– You have an IG crew here.

– Allows you to upload pics straight from your camera.

-IG has their own special filters.

Wait? Do you see a difference here? Ummmmm…One is Snapchat? One is Instagram?

Well, the CEO of IG, Kevin Systrom said,”This isn’t about who invented something. This is about a format, and how you take it to a network and put your own spin on it.”
